With all the comic book TV shows on the air and the Marvel Netflix launch right around the corner, you may have forgotten about a little show called Powers, adapted from the comic book series of the same name by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Oeming.
Set in a world where humans and super heroes co-exist, a homicide detective named Christian Walker (Sharlto Copley), who had his own powers taken from him, investigates crimes involving superhumans along with his partner,Detective Deena Pilgrim (Susan Heyward).
Unlike the Netflix model, Sony is not releasing all of the episodes at once, but parceling them out a few at a time. While you will need to set up a Playstation Plus account to watch the second and third episode, Powers episode 1 can be viewed in its entirety for free, on Youtube.
