This is the penultimate chapter of the “Zero Year” story arc. Writer Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo‘s Batman is facing The Riddler and the damage he has done to Gotham City, in what is surly caped crusader’s most difficult early test.

Batman And Robin #30

Writer Peter J. Tomasi and artist Patrick Gleason helm this book, exploring Batman’s quest to find the remains of his late son, Damian. But when his search leads Batman to Paradise Island, he comes into conflict with the island’s Amazon queen – AKA Wonder Woman!

Batwoman #30

In the latest issue of Marc Andreyko (writer) and Jeremy Haun’s (artist) Batwoman, Wolf Spider needs just one more painting. It’s up to Batwoman to keep it out of his hands, even if that means entering the notoriously dangerous Arkham asylum.

Justice League #29

In the latest issue of Justice League, written by Geoff Johns, with art by Ivan Reis, Cyborg battles Grid. The Crime Syndicate failed to kill him, but can his cybernetic half do so? The battle against these brutal enemies could change Cyborg and the justice League profoundly.

Sinestro #1

Writer Cullen Bunn and artist Dale Eaglesham bring us this new book featuring one of DC’s premier antiheroes. Now that Sinestro has lost everything dear to him, he embarks on a quest to retake his Yellow Lantern Corps. But does the universe have other plans for the (former) greatest of the Green Lanterns?

In the latest issue of Jason Aaron and Ed McGuiness‘ Amazing X-Men, Nightcrawler is back at the Jean Grey school, but Mystique’s visit there means he could be heading back to the afterlife sooner than expected (because apparently the shape-shifting mutant never taught her son not to bring swords to a gun fight).

Hulk #1

Following the finale of Indestructible Hulk, Bruce Banner is looking quite…destructible. Lying at death’s door, Banner will never be the same, even if he can survive. But how will The Hulk take revenge on his alter-ego’s assailant? Writer Mark Waid and artist Mark Bagley hold the answers.
